Refund Policy

Eligibility
If you're not satisfied with a paid Evora plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't sent an invitation to more than 10 guests.
How to request one
Email support@evora.app with your account email and order date. No need to explain why — we just ask what we could improve.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window, and add-ons already delivered (such as a printed keepsake), are non-refundable.
